I am currently working for Bell as a Production Supervisor for 15 years in the position, i started at bell in 1997 as a general worker and I work hard to grow my knowledge, skills and expecties. I have undergone into development programs, one i can mention is a PMI operations development program, causes that I completed are integrated Application Project, Production skills, Handling Discipline, Total Quality skills, Logistic skills, Mathematical skills and First line Managrment, I am enthusiastic person that always willing to listen and learn new skills also a person who always willing to be challanged, I have arwaded with 100% attendance records so many times. I am a go getter and respect protocols and procedures put before me. I understand a production package which is due date deliver to the customer, just on time rule and also the 4 important key elements which is Production, Safety, Quality and 5s.I always on time and willing to work acquired hours to ensure that daily tasks are met. Im a self driven and flexable person
