I worked on all previous sites, firstly as site agent then Project Manager and currently as Contracts Manager.

Mainly specializing in earthworks, sewer, water and storm water networks as well as all types of road construction. Waste Water Treatment Plants and various types of concrete construction.

I am responsible for all administration on site that includes the following:

 Monthly Wages
 Sub Contractor Claims
 Program & Cash Flow
 Quality Control
 Payment Certificates
 Construction Claims & Disputes
 All day to day paperwork

Furthermore, I am responsible for on site designs, levels and general organization to keep the project on schedule. I liaise with the Client and Engineer on a day to day basis on all aspects of the relevant project.
