• Drafting of Employment Equity Plan.
• Formulated recommendations and solutions with attention to client
requirements for employment contracts and company policies.
• Draft new company policies where required.
• Act as Chairperson at disciplinary hearings.
• With in-depth knowledge of Labour Law and related legislation able to
personalise client policies to specific market related sectors
