I am looking for a call centre supervisor/ team leader position.
I have a RE Key Individual certificate, RE Representative certificate
and I hold a higher diploma in Marketing management. I am currently
working for VVM Debt Collectors as a Call Centre supervisor. I am
responsible for coaching, training, one on one sessions with the team,
monitoring compliance with the industry regulations. Prior to that I
was a Call Centre supervisor for Market SA where we were selling
insurance policies and credit cards for major financial institutions
in South Africa.
I am equipped with interpersonal skills, selling and negotiation
skills, leadership skills, motivational skills, coaching skills and
deeply inclined to quality and compliance with the industry
regulations.
I am self-motivated, innovative with a good sense of judgement and
strong analytical skills. I can work effectively under pressure and
can perform under minimal or little supervision.
