I also did their recruitment, medical checks, criminal checks and finalization of their contracts.
I was the senior driver trainer for the company overseeing 7 trainers in 3 depots nationally.
I also developed new training material for drivers.
I am qualified to give training on refrigerated trucks and trailers.
I also did scheduling and controlling of drivers.
I did new and old route assessment.
I am technical minded and know a lot about vehicles.
I did formal vehicle courses on International, Frightliner, Mercedes Benz and Isuzu trucks.
