Gus Barbosa

I have extensive experience as a financial manager mostly in import/ distribution and retail.
It includes management accounting, budgeting, working capital management (especially very fine cash flow and credit control) and payroll (130 wages and salaries). I have initiated inventory management processes in a retail environment (+-8,000 active SKUs) and am comfortable with import, customs clearance, product costings and forex payments. In addition, I am comfortable dealing with outside stake holders such as bankers, auditors, insurers, etc.
My computer experience includes SAP, Kerridge, Pastel Payroll, Excel and a variety of accounting packages.
I work well with people and enjoy growing my staff's competencies to create a cohesive and reliable team.
