What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I am looking for Ancillary health care worker job. I have completed my certificate by 2014, my duties as a caregiver at Karmel old age home when doing practicals were as follows: bedbath, bed making, serving of meals, diet observations, catheter care, mouth care, vital sings, genital care, lifting of patients, routine care of pressure sore and many more. I also have time management skills, communication skills, ability to adapt easly in wards and I have good attitude towards patients as well as staff members.
