I have been in retail as a manager for 10 years, therefore I am very good in managing staff, running the business effectively, hiring staff, good customer service, good planning and achieving targets ,meeting deadlines, conducting trainings and developing staff, good communication skills and i am a very hard working person who is always keen to learn and contribute.
