Meet or exceed annual objectives and targets. Load correct pallets at infeed and issue them correctly using SAP. Physically picking up pieces and moving them between various pieces of equipment to maintain continuous production flow along line. Movement of pallets from/or to production line. Packs substrates into boxes and prints barcode labels, take sample pieces which have been entered into and deliver to lab, enter lab database. Pieces balance for all the process orders. Ensure all pieces are accounted for i.e., Scrap, samples and released pieces by liaising with Quality. Assists with placement of tooling. This includes the transportation of new tooling from/or to the tooling store. Conform to good housekeeping practices (5s) and cleaning the equipment during changeovers (AM). Practice H and S requirements as per relevant procedures in the Line running station. Accountable for maximizing production, reducing rejects & waste (targets as set forth by management). Assist Line leader and or Team Leader with running of line as required. Drum Wash coat, label and take sample to the laboratory. Ensure correct and efficient setup of all infeed and EOL equipment.
