With approximately nine years’ experience in the contact centre management industry, I have extensive knowledge across many areas including: communications, planning, project management, call centre management, debt counselling operations and administration management.
My strong communication and technical skills as well as my focus on optimising contact centre processes have allowed me to manage sales, admin and IT teams whilst contributing to senior level business decisions.
