My name is Johann Taute , I have been a maintenance / mechanical Foreman /Fitter in a continuous production mining sector. For more than 15 years, through hard work, technical skills and ability to perform, I have proven to be capable, reliable and trustworthy to lead teams of Artisans, construction and project workers to successfully complete planned, unplanned, breakdowns and projects works. I had advance Maintenance planning training on SAP and Pragma, as well as, on Key and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) training.
I have planned, manage and coordinate all the maintenance functions in my area of responsibility, as ensured equipment maintenance standards and technical performance requirements were met. I also drove preventive Maintenance Practices and systems for improvement of plant availability to achieve Company KPI’s.

I am a Qualified Engineering Artisan ( Fitter including Machining) have experience as an Artisan in Maintenance and preventive Maintenance practices since 1999. Are computer literate in Microsoft Office. Worked on/ at Open and closed Furnaces, Kilns, Ovens and Boilers with high heat tolerance. To see extensive experience, please refer to CV.
