In December 2017 I completed my Diploma in IT with Damelin Braamfontein. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role.
After graduation I then found a job in Teledirect, a market research company where I worked as a Call Centre Agent for the United Nations world food campaign. My responsibilities in this role was to perform food consumption survey via telephone over various provinces in Mozambique.
Due to growth and looking for new career aspects I then moved to work as a Social Media Specialist for Dstv Multichoice the last past 3 years, whereby we supported Dstv customers with their queries through various social medias platforms.
My employers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivation include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.
