I have experience working on computer systems and showing people how those systems work, as well as problem solving testing on system errors and fixes done by developers. I also gained a lot of experience in how the business world works with both corporate and normal commercial insurance, analyzing the needs of the client and providing tailored insurance cover for the specific business involved.
