I'm looking for a supervisor or manager position, I can work under pressure and I use to have 10 people reporting to me directly and I can plan. I can manage shrinkage by talking to staff and manages time keeping. Communication is the best if you want to achieve sales and have less shrinkage in the store you need to engage with staff and security.
