My name is Lauren Wyatt.
I have 10 years working experience in the sales and service industry, both Nationally and Internationally.
I currently Manage the Camelot Spa at a Radisson Blu Hotel for over a year and a half.
My duties include: Managing a team, Stock control, Marketing and sales, Staff development and training, Performance management and Interviewing/hiring of staff, revenue management and budget planning, rostering of staff, reception and administrative duties, salaries/payroll, and formulating SOP's to optimize day to day operations.
I also have the opportunity to be Duty Manager for the Radisson Blu Hotel, on a regular basis, to manage and assist in the operations of the Hotel itself and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Apart from that I have international cruise ship experience, travelling the world gaining invaluable knowledge and skills.
I am confident and positive, and handle every situation to the best of my ability. I am self-motivated and always maintain a high level of professionalism and good work ethic in any work environment.
