I am a South African citizen with 30 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, looking for a new challenge locally or internationally.
My experience within the 5* Safari and Game Lodge industry was gained in South Africa and Botswana. Traditionally these properties require a hands-on approach, with personal touches and influences, coupled with phenomenal guest and staff relations.
My experiences within the Wedding Industry, Resorts and Larger Hotels has taught me the importance of SOP’s and KPI’s, and how to use these tools effectively to manage the departments and people within
these properties to increase sales, profitability and overall guest experiences.
