I'm looking for Plant Engineering or Engineering Management position.Ensuring Operations and Asset Management balance to achieve financial management excellence, driving operations asset productivity through agreed KPIs and efficiencies.,Driving operations sustainable asset care through planned maintenance and management of Capex. Maintain and continually improve Asset Life Cycle. Understanding and practicing the principles of managing people and the teams, the use of KPI as a tool to motivate and to drive business objectives, as well as the abilities and skills of building a very strong and successful team through creating an atmosphere of success and creativity and being able to understand, manage and work with people from diverse background and also being able to unleash the spirit of humanity.
