Lunga Nqonqo

My name is Lunga. Originally born in the Eastern Cape but I grew up in Katlehong, Johannesburg that is where I did my primary and secondary schooling. After my grade 12 I had an opportunity to study further to an institution called Thswane University of Technology where I studied a national diploma in Economic Management Analysis spending four years but due to financial problem I could not manage to finish up the qualification but out of the program I have a confirmation letter to say that I was doing an end-user computing so I develop the skill of using a computer.

Myself in relation with the work experience:
All my of my work experience comes from the Retail industry where I started working as a stock take Counter, which we were counting stocks of different retail companies such as Edgars, CNA, Jet, Jet Mart etc. Then I worked as a cashier. In where I was working as the money receiver of the company. And Lastly I worked as the fruit and vegetables assistant in merchandising. I was taking stocks from the storeroom to the floor and packing them in the shelves. Every Mondays were dong the stock takes and sometimes I would assist my manager and my colleges in receiving the stock by checking the quality and the quantity of the stocks.

So I out of all the work experiences I learnt:
(1) The skill of working as the team
(2) Knowing how to take control over the type of work that you are given to perform
(3) A practical understanding of the operating of the business and the behavior of customers towards the business.
(4) Customer service understanding
(5) The skill of handling cash
(6) The Skill of communication

I know how to work with program such as MS Word, Ms Power Point Presentation, Ms Excel. And using it in general like using of the internet...
