As a contact Centre representative at CCI, I spent a whole year taking customer calls and providing accurate satisfactory answers to their queries and also concerns. I also reviewed customer accounts, provided updates and information about billing or perhaps other account items , queries they might have with that being said I was also providing assistance with troubleshooting and technical support over the phone however prior to my call Centre experience I was working as a data capture, part time there I was transferring data from paper formats into computer files, updating existing data, sorting and organizing paper work after entering data to ensure that it does not get lost. With this particular opportunity it really gave me a chance to grow as an individual and also become familiar with a working environment.
