Maphuti Tjale

I am an Admitted Attorney. I have previous law firm experience and am an articulate litigator. I have a willingness to learn, I am eager to experience and take on every opportunity given with full dedication.

In my 7 years in the legal fraternity, I have accumulated skills such as, excellent administration and organisational abilities, strong analytical and problem- resolution skills, including being meticulous and a good communicator. Furthermore, I am skilled in client consultations, case management, discovery and trial preparation.

I have a great interest in Labour, Administrative, Corporate and Contractual Law. In my Attorney role, I volunteered at Labour Plus and Tjale Attorneys. I honed my abilities in labour research, litigation, attending to bail applications, presenting matters at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
