Through the years i have gained both retail and sales experience within the food industry, managing a restaurant and eventually owning my own food court. I have gained my communication and negotiation skills whilst working in Call centers, dealing with difficult clients and working on strategies to close business deals. I have over 7 years' experience in the HR department which I started off working as a recruitment and selection administrator, and eventually being promoted to Recruitment Officer for a non profit Health organization. I am currently responsible for job placements within 3 provinces,(KZN,EC,WC) and run with the full 360 recruitment process, induction of new employees and all other HR related administration that go with it. I am on the lookout for a permanent and more stable work environment as my current employment contract is aligned to the availability of funding. My strength is my straightforward work ethic and my urge to outshine myself every passing day.
I also update myself with the latest trends and advancements in my field of interest, as I believe that learning is a lifelong process.
