Working with people, especially different kinds of people. Working with men it has been difficult BUTit came easy knowing to control, lead them with respect and they are bringing it back. It not easy to to be the men's leader or a trainer on what they need to do but understanding what kind of people u working with it becomes easy to be in control of the situation. So working men or in the men's territory is not as difficult as everyone thinks. I proved that by working hard.
