Daily reports, kpi's, Sap Crm/retail reporting, Email engineer, logging and dispatching cases,Remote assistance/take over with applications such as VNC, NetOP, Remote Desktop, CRM Viewer, Control Handling SAP queries regarding SAP GUI, Orders, Delivery, Password resets, SAP BW, SAP CRM, Store kiosk, POS support, Back Office. and escalate to the relevant SAP Department if unable to resolve. 1 st & 2 nd line support, Quality Assurance, Email calls, Resolving I.T related issues, and Networks & Power issues, Cashier Discrepancies, Admin, Banking, Stock control, PCMS.
