I am a self motivated team player , I can work independent and I'm a person who always eager to learn and also like to share my experience with co wokers , I have a good experience in operating a Crushing plant and also very good in maintaining a machines and also doing general plant repairs including screens , bearings.
Being multiskilled enable me to be the very productive individual cause I can also do welding , I also got 5 years experience in operating front end loader machine and 15 years working at the plant , very good in production to make sure that my aggregate is always in - spec.
I also did a course o Supervisory Development Program and I have been the plant shift Supervisor for more than 13 Years. I am a Safety Rep for more than 13 years now to make sure that employees do comply with all safety provision and actually try and keep record of our commitment of zero harm to people , equipment and environment.
