I have done auditing for the hospitality industry for some years but I'm looking for a Data Capturing job presently. I am a results-oriented person and whatever task I'm given I see through it. I get highly motivated when I am with a team with the right frame of mind in achieving the goals set. But even if the team is not what you can be excited about, motivation is the key for everyone to be at their best. I am very patient and able to work under pressure. I have led teams in the past with different personalities and still get the best out of them. I have dealt with high-profile personalities like politicians, musicians, sports, and others with the greatest of ease.

And for salary, I'm open to negotiation.
