I am Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand. As a recent graduate I gained strong hands-on researching experience as a majored in Psychology and Sociology. In both Psychology and Sociology, I gained the knowledge on how to interact with people and the environment around me. I hardworking, resolute and able to cope and adapt easily in different situations. My university years have taught me the ability to strive under pressure and how to maintain my positivity during those times. I can use these skills to create an excellent customer service as it is one of the qualities which you are looking for.
My dedication to research and finishing projects within tight deadlines make me the perfect candidate for you and your company. I am computer literate, during my university years more especially during the Covid-19 I have had to rely heavily on the computer and technology to do my work. I have used PowerPoint Presentations, excel, Ms teams/Word, Zoom among other things as means to communicating with other classmates and lectures as well as my schoolwork.
