I mpho maluleke I work at McDonald's as a cashier and I have a experience about how to treat a customer and how to behave while you busy helping the customer and I know critical standard of customer and employee number 1_if you work on a restaurant you have to selve fast food and hot and fresh and you have to be polite and smile for customer and number 2 hospitality you have to listen the customer will they please the order and you have to thank the customer and tell the customer to call again.
