I am very accurate and pay attention to details, dependable, reliable, willing to help, trustworthy, self-motivated, and very professional with what I do and can work under pressure on high-pressure environments.

With the Technical Support NQF LEVEL 4 and System support NQF LEVEL 5 Qualification and other certificates which includes A+N+S+MCSE, MCITP, ITIL FOUNDATION, COBIT5 FOUNDATION, PROJECTMANAGEMENT AND END USER COMPUTING, I have a full understanding of the full lifecycle of a software/hardware/graphic design/Network installation and development project/project management. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. I believe that I am a quick learner, and I don’t give up easily when faced with difficult challenges. I like to think of myself as a cool-headed person who can work under pressure.
