About two years’ worth of work experience in the Chrome/PGM Plant obtained at
Mototolo Concetrator.
Worked alongside plant process metallurgists to establish key elements in the
current processes with a goal to increase production and stabilize the plant.
Contributed to the plant safety by identifying potential risks or hazards in line
with Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), section 22 – drafted a memorandum to
the Metallurgical Technical Engineer and Safety Officer to highlight safety
concerns within the plant and the recommendations were adopted.
Contributed towards conducting the following project: laboratory scale test
works, commissioning of cyclones and debottlenecking projects
Conducted an efficiency study of the Starlims software in the metallurgical
laboratory
Interpreted laboratory assay results and reported back to the management via
memorandums or PowerPoint presentations.
