I am an assertive, benevolent leader. My leadership is about winning the team in buying in and believing in my strategic vision. I develop a trusting atmosphere amongst team members and ensure that they trust that they can rely on me. I give my authentic self to all staff members. I provide consistent support to people reporting to me and have high expectations of them. I articulate my goals and expectations very clearly. I am honest, frank, and direct. I love people and know that given a healthy safe environment they can give their best ability to any task they are given. I am not naive but acknowledge that we all have weaknesses and strengths. Therefore, I focus on strength and my leadership is strength-based. I sport talent easily as I enjoy engaging and grabbing opportunities as they arise to identify talent and nurture it. I have integrity and am highly principled. Every leadership position I have held I aim and achieve in taking the institution to the next level of its strength. I use my first two years as my hard-working years to influence, pull human resources towards the vision, mission and strategic goals so that the whole institution lives and own them. It will be unfortunate not to mention that I carry with me a mandate of Human development for those who lacked opportunities and emphasize transferring of skills for legacy and justice purposes. I have good interpersonal skills, ambitious, dynamic and humble.
