I'm qualified Health and safety she, still busy with new courses as an auditor as well. My background is retail and event planning as well. I work for nu metro cinemas, lot of events that was planned that I was the duty manager for them.
I take pride in my work, value doing my job well. I am exceptionally reliable. I use my time effectively and prioritize my work and challenge myself to perform better. I constantly communicate with workers, peers etc for possible improvements and expectations. I am not afraid ask for guidance. I effectively handle difficult or hostile customers by: Listening to the customers’ needs then try to resolve without confrontation. I pride myself to work with different personalities of customers and staff. Give my all to reach the "targets" layed before me. I have learnt to be patient, sharing my knowledge, more observant, respectful to staff and customer, open door policy. Work with people and my other's opinion and if viable apply it.
