⮚ Implement appointment system and Differential Care models of decanting programme( CCMDD)
⮚ Record keeping
⮚ Strategies of retaining patients
⮚ Dishing for patient to exclude malnutrition
⮚ Attending meetings and give feedback and also conduct In-service trainings and workshops
⮚ Encourage and offer Provider initiated testing and counselling (PICT)
⮚ Assessment And screening for TB
⮚ Taking necessary bloods
⮚ Initiation and prescribing of TB Treatment and Haart
⮚ Switching patients who fail regimen 1 after Step-up Adherence intervention to Second regimen independently.
⮚ Ensure that Antiretroviral drugs are available all the time
⮚ Administering of schedule drugs
⮚ Counting the drugs
⮚ Returning expiring drugs to pharmacy
⮚ Excellent knowledge of working in HIV and AIDS, STI, and TB related programmes.
⮚ Excellent and understanding of TIER.NET and Web DIHS reporting system.
