I am influencial, which makes and or communicating a new rule, procedure or policy easy. A good team player who always endeavor to keep good relationships by ensuring compliance and trading on IR processes.

I am flexible, although Hrbp job is 8 to 5, I always work around my customer time needs, especially in the shift and manufacturing environments. Working on hybrid and or weekends comes with the job.
