My name is Ntakadzeni Isaac Mphabantshi a qualified fitter including machining with 14yrs experience in mining,i've serve my apprentice at Alpha then qualify as a fitter then promoted to production/maintenance supervisor at Holcim(pty)ltd now Afrisam planning maintenance,production,ordering spares for the plant on SAP,planning and completing services schedules,planning blast and load and haul then move to Raumix aggregate as senior artisan also planning maintenance and looking after the overall day to day running of the plant then join Crushpro as a sales rep[crusher specialist] selling crushers and spares also inspecting crushers and do trouble shooting on crusher's and fixing them then join Mogale crusher's as a site foreman running the overall operation [production and maintenance]
