I have joined nursing profession in 2007 as a care giver. i worked in life Carstenhof as a care giver, in medical and surgical ward under Agengy for four years, in 2012 february i got a permanent post in netcare sunninghill as a care giver, then after 8 months netcare gave me an oppotunity to study as a Auxilliary nurse which i did study in netcare education and have done my practicals at netcare sunninghill in all wards. 2014 i got registered as a Auxiliary Nurse and placed back to paediatric ward. i have attended inservice training as has been allocated to. follow the hospital policies, i am a good hard working nurse who work direct and indirect supervision of an registered nurse i have a good communication skill, listening, writting record keeping and reporting the ubnormalities of a patients, i know and respect patients rights, able to act in a emergency crisis, able to handle conflict, in my 10 years of experience i have leaned and gained alot whereby i am proud and love to share the infomation with my collegues who can make used to it.
