My name is ntokozo nyanda a 23 years girl i obtain national senior certificate in 2012 in 2013 i went to elangeni collage were i got my N4 certificate in managent assistant, then in 2015 i obtain level 4 certificate in business in acredited by SAQA , i gain 1 year experience at ethekwini munipality under sizakala service were i was mostly dealing with custimer quarries due to water and eletricity handling incoming and outgoing calls, weekly stats, weekly stock taking, monthly marketing, data capturing. From 2016 till to date i work as a presenter, casher , customer host at kfc restaurant, i am a hard working person , able to multi task, playing role in a team work , putting 100 percent effort to my work, i got good communicatio skills, able to handle hard situations.
