I am looking for the shift boss or the miners job. I am an individual who is fully focused on my day to day job, and I do my job to best of my ability and I always open for additional ways in which I can improve my approach and execution of my tasks. I am job and people orientated. I am currently working as a shift boss of which my job is to ensure that tasks are carried out according to the mine standard and procedures, I supply my subordinates with necessary tool, material and equipment to ensure that every tasks is carried out safely.
