Olona Tabayi

I have completed N6 in travel and tourism.
I pride myself on having consciously developed my interpersonal skills and consider myself to be an extrovert,inquisitive and enthusiastic as well as a people’s person who is a hard
worker, fast learner and willing to learn from others. I am a team player and my
strength includes but not limited to being loyal, motivated and a self-starter who
takes initiative and who can work with minimal supervision, however, I am also
willing to explore other fields in order to fully equip myself. It is my wish to acquire
more practical knowledge.

Throughout my studies, I have developed interpersonal skills, particularly
communication and gained a healthy self-confidence, sense of responsibility and
respect diversity. I am self-driven, ambitious and motivated.I enjoy leading projects
and groups in such a way to promote harmony and co-operation and to defuse
tension and conflict. I am willing to contribute to the department with my abilities to strive under pressure, and my willingness to be taught and learn.
