In my High school I did Computer Applications Technology so I do have a clue when they are talking of a computer. Computer programm is a collection of instructions that are given to a computer to perform a specific task. A Software is a set of instructions, data or programs used to operate computer and perform specific tasks. A Operating system (OS) is the interface between a computer and a computer hardware. OS it is a software that performs the basic tasks like file management, memory management, process management, handling input and output, and controlling devices such as disk drives and printers etc..
So I do have a clue of a computer like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acess do have an idea when it comes to it.
