I have a strong penchant for customer service and always strive
for excellence in all my endeavours. I am a motivated and self-directed person capable of
functioning effectively in both an individual or team-based environment. I am constantly
working on my personal and professional development. I would like to move my career
in a new direction, and currently, I’m searching for a job opportunity that can facilitate
this move. For the last decade, I have worked in the service industry as a customer
service agent with highly reputable organizations such as - SARS and Discovery Health
as well as The Phone House, a UK based contact centre. As a result of these experiences,
I have become highly proficient at operating within a fast-paced environment under
immense pressure. As a customer support agent, I work directly with customers to
resolve issues. I've learnt to work efficiently and effectively while performing both
customer service as well as administrative functions. Some of the many duties I perform
as a customer service agent are communicating with clients via the telephone as well as
email while also keeping detailed notes on these various client interactions in an
accurate and timely manner.
