Palesa has been in the reception role almost her life, I have gained experience in how to communicate and give attention to detail both verbally and telephonically, expertise to give are Positive attitude, good work ethics, willing to be helpful at all times since front line is mostly important as clients and staff associate with her first. I am professional ,polite, and approachable, also must learn to adapt different personalities.
