I have a degree in production management which I later transferred to a project manager with an electrical and mechanical back ground. I am a very honest and hard worker and like to have a hands on policy with all my projects.

•Strategic management of the section responsible for the facilities planning, provision and maintenance.
• Liaison with all service providers.
• Manage the movements of company assets.
• Manage maintenance of physical facilities.
• Manage and oversee building maintenance.
• Manage in-house support services such as fire protection, air conditioning and security systems.
• Manage and administer the unit’s facilities budget and monthly forecast in SAP software systems.

Have an all-round extensive knowledge of various aspects with in the facilities field, which includes but not limited to electrical, plumbing, building, ground maintenance and security systems.

As of now I am on pension and I am looking to join a company who would benefit from my past work experience. I would like to join a company that would employ me as a Project Manager.
Work well under pressure.
