I believe that my work experience has molded and prepared me to the various problems that normally occur in this field. A side from that I have strong leadership skills which I was able to develop from my supervisor role previously, for this I am confident that I have met the standard set by your good office.
I have four years of experience in retail as a packer, cashier, and supervisor then moved to marketing to a Call Centre environment dealing with inbound and outbound calls for customers, then switchboard operator and to reception. I am familiar with customer service skill set includes dealing with customers complains, queries and I am a hardworking, dependable with a variety of skills.
