I am looking for catering manager. I have 13 years experience in hospitality. I am a hard working person with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. I have ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on clients and customer service, I have good business and commercial acumen. I also have strong leadership and motivating skill including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff. I have ability to think quickly, work in stressful circumstances and stay calm in crisis.

Also have financial, budgeting and stock taking experience. I have knowledge of food , food hygiene which is it critical part of hospitality including hazard analysis, critical control point and food preparation.
