I am a trustworthy, determined, hardworking young person that comes from north west . I worked hard to earn my matric certificate which I received in 2018, despite difficult family circumstances. I have not yet been in a position of formal employment, however I have built great experience in customer service at a local store . This experience was gained while assisting my uncle at his supermarket once I completed school. My excellent customer service skills mean that I am a favourite among the customers

I am passionate about customer service and as a result, I would like to pursue a career that allows me to be customer facing, such as a store manager of a big retail store. I believe that beginning my career as a cashier will help to further develop the customer service skills my future career requires
