I am currently working in a can making plant and my responsibilities are setting machines for good product, doing size change over maintenance, trouble shooting for malfunctions and cans out of customer specifications, reducing spoilage and doing quality checks.
I am also an acting production supervisor with junior management Certificate. I am a disciple employees with good time management skills.
I have also skills working with maintenance management system such as shop ware where I can schedule maintenance and create job cards. I have skills to draft SOP's for plant machinery.
My qualification is a National Diploma in mechanical engineering obtained from University of Johannesburg with 3 to 4 years experience.
