A quick synopsis of what I did in the medical health insurance field:-
· clinical case management which included assisting with pre auth for ER consults,
· hospital admissions vs available benefits,
· assessing EMS and dread disease claims,
· assisting with counselling referrals,
· assistance with drawing up of SOPs (standards of practice),
· medical information for clients,
· assisting with information and recommendation for OTC (over the counter) medication
Privately I have done secretarial work for a Financial Advisor and designed stationary such as letterheads and business cards
