I have good communication skills and have the ability to liaise between different parties.
I am proficient in Customer Service Relations and telephone operations and etiquette as well as the understanding of human resource policies and practices. I also possess knowledge and experience of the PERSAL and LOGIS system.
I have the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and to maintain confidentiality and a high level of quality work.
