Sifiso Vilakazi

I have worked in food production as a supervisor, controller and operations. I am experienced and the largest team I lead was 50 individual. I believe in motivation of employees though not financial but use of other methods. I am aware that in that position overheads are my concern, targets, health and safety, quality management to name a few.
