I have excellent experience working as Dispatcher having spent 7 months in this position. My duties included but were not limited to; answering of incoming calls - breakdown assistance and monitoring, accident assistance and monitoring, hi-jacking assistance and monitoring, dispatch relevant personnel to assist with situations as reported, handle general queries, data capturing/document all call information according to policies and procedures of the company, compile daily/weekly/monthly call reports.
